In this privacy statement, we explain how we process the data we collect. Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Which data we collect and process<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Whenever content on integreat.app \/ web.integreat-app.de \/ cms.integreat-app.de is accessed or the associated app (Android\/iOS\/Windows) is updated, if an active Internet connection exists:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IP address of the terminal device;<\/li>\n<li>Date and time of the retrieval;<\/li>\n<li>Name of the Internet service called up and the action used;<\/li>\n<li>Query made by the client;<\/li>\n<li>Amount of data transferred;<\/li>\n<li>Message indicating whether the retrieval was successful;<\/li>\n<li>Browser identification (usually contains the browser version and the operating system)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you use our feedback function or our AI chat, we process the content you enter, which may contain personal data such as names, contact information or information about your personal situation.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure technical operation, content retrieval is logged and the IP address of the retrieving devices is stored for up to 90 days. After this period has expired, only the time and the retrieved content are stored via Matomo in order to optimize the content for the target groups.<\/p>\n<h4>The following information will be transferred to our servers if the app on your smartphone does not behave as expected:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Hardware Model<\/li>\n<li>Operating system version<\/li>\n<li>Device name<\/li>\n<li>Unique identification number (only on Android)<\/li>\n<li>Status of network connections<\/li>\n<li>The last pages and actions called in the app<br \/>This information is stored for 6 months and is used to find and fix errors in the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the principle of data avoidance and data economy, as well as the principle of anonymous and pseudonymous use, only the minimum amount of usage data is collected, insofar as this is necessary for the technical operation of the apps as well as the determination of the accessed content.<\/p>\n<p>We do not create any user profiles.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your data?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you call us or make an inquiry by e-mail, we process the personal data you may have provided us with only for the legitimate interest of processing your inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>If you use the feedback function or the AI chat on our platforms, we process your data in order to provide you with feedback containing relevant information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To whom we pass on your data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The content you enter in the feedback function or in the AI chat can be viewed by the local authority responsible for you so that they can help you in the best possible way.<\/p>\n<p>Data collected when accessing the apps or for a specific service will only be transferred to third parties outside our company,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>insofar as we are obliged to do so by law or by order of a court or public prosecutor, or,<\/li>\n<li>to the extent that the disclosure of data is necessary in the event of attacks on the Internet infrastructure of our company for legal or criminal prosecution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data will not be passed on for commercial purposes. Furthermore, the data is anonymous, i.e. it cannot be assigned to a specific or determinable person.<\/p>\n<p>The data will not be transferred to other countries. The server location is Germany.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How long we store your data<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The collected usage data is stored anonymously as long as it is needed for evaluations and then completely deleted.<\/p>\n<p>If you send us an inquiry via the app, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to process the inquiry. Finally, we delete your personal data completely.<\/p>\n<p>The data in the AI chat is automatically deleted by us no later than three months after the enquiry has been completed. Local authorities are prohibited from copying the data to a third-party system.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Your rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As far as we process personal data from you, you have the right to information about the personal data processed by us as well as to correction or deletion or restriction of the processing or a right of objection against the processing. To assert your rights, simply contact us using the contact details given below.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no decision based exclusively on automated processing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Changes to this data protection declaration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This privacy policy may be changed in the future.
