When using the Integreat apps for smartphones and the Integreat web application (together “Apps“), the Tür an Tür – Digitalfabrik gGmbH (from now on “Digitalfabrik” or “we“) collects data as the responsible party. In this privacy statement, we explain how we process the data we collect. Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Whenever content on integreat.app / web.integreat-app.de / cms.integreat-app.de is accessed or the associated app (Android/iOS/Windows) is updated, the following usage data is collected anonymously, i.e. without allocation to a specific person or IP address, if an active Internet connection exists:
According to the principle of data avoidance and data economy, as well as the principle of anonymous and pseudonymous use, only the minimum amount of usage data is collected, insofar as this is necessary for the technical operation of the apps as well as the determination of the accessed content.
The information collected cannot be traced back to a specific person either directly or with the help of additional knowledge. The individual users cannot therefore be identified. We do not create any user profiles.
The use of the apps is possible without providing your personal data.
If you call us or make an inquiry by e-mail, we process the personal data you may have provided us with only for the legitimate interest of processing your inquiry.
To whom we pass on your data
Data collected when accessing the apps or for a specific service will only be transferred to third parties outside our company,
The data will not be passed on for commercial purposes. Furthermore, the data is anonymous, i.e. it cannot be assigned to a specific or determinable person.
The data will not be transferred to other countries. The server location is Germany.
The collected usage data is stored anonymously as long as it is needed for evaluations and then completely deleted.
If you send us an inquiry via the app, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to process the inquiry. Finally, we delete your personal data completely.
As far as we process personal data from you, you have the right to information about the personal data processed by us as well as to correction or deletion or restriction of the processing or a right of objection against the processing. To assert your rights, simply contact us using the contact details given below.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data.
There will be no decision based exclusively on automated processing.

The contents (especially texts and images) of the Integreat app and the CMS system are covered by the CC BY 4.0-Licence. The contents may thus be passed on and used under naming.
The app was developed according to the guidelines of the Düsseldorfer Kreis orientation guide (in German) (now: Business Working Group of the Data Protection Conference) and observes the principles of Privacy by Design.
